Do you offer a warranty on carbon fiber rims?

Yes, we provide a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects. If you break a rim while riding, we will replace it for free.

Are the wheels shipped tubeless-ready?

Absolutely. All Reserve Wheels come pre-taped and equipped with tubeless valves, so you only need to add sealant and your preferred tires.

What is your return policy for performance gear?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your wheels haven't been mounted or ridden, you can return them for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to over 50 countries. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
