At Reserve Wheels, we stand by the performance and quality of our carbon fiber wheels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Secure the Cargo

  Pack your wheels securely in their original double-walled shipping box, ensuring all protective hub guards and foam inserts are in place to prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days of arrival; once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
